In these masterclass,two well-known Italian chefs Fabio Falanga and Michael Barazi have shared many delicious dishes with milk and dairy products that have impressed the students.
The second course was an authentic fusilli pasta with beetroot sauce, Gorgonzola PDO sauce and walnuts: inspired by Gorgonzola PDO, a soft, uncooked cheese known for its pungent flavor, softness and creamy texture, with a sweet taste and a slight characteristic of typical mold action.
The third one is a dish with a combination of Pecorino Romano PDO and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO: veal tenderloin with Italian goat cheese sauce complemented by sweet and sour baby sweet onions and herbs. It is a hard and salty Italian cheese, characterized by a delicious flavor.
Baked Eggplant with Mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Burrata: Mozzarella is a fresh, soft, stretched curd cheese for fresh stretched curd cheese produced from pasteurized milk, and Burrata, a very flavored fresh cheese.
The tomato pasta was also made with burrata and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, a classic and simple Italian dish that is sweet and sour and very representative.
Finally are two pizzas: the Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and ham pizza and the sweet pistachio pizza: the use of mozzarella, burrata and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO were respectively, and in general, the use of dairy products was managed by the chef excellently.
Both chefs presented the food itself, the food safety and the high quality of European milk and dairy products, which are key to createunique and high quality dishes, and brought China and Europe closer together in just a few hours during the masterclass events.
